Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method helped me release what weighed me down, giving me the time, space, and clarity to care for myself, the people I love, and do meaningful work.
Today, I combine the KonMari Method with tools from Clear & Cultivate and Blisshaus to help others release what no longer serves them and live more sustainably.
