As a Master KonMari Consultant, I guide you through Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method® virtually. You do the hands-on tidying; I provide structure, accountability, and decision support. I also help you navigate practical organizing questions as they arise—how to use your space more effectively, when a system needs adjusting, or whether additional storage would be helpful.
Our work often includes:
Letting go of physical and emotional clutter
Building trust in your own decision-making, and creating clarity that extends beyond your home
Working through organizing challenges that naturally emerge during the process
This is a coaching-based relationship, not a one-off session.

Commitment: Minimum three months

I design organizing systems that balance beauty, function, and long-term sustainability—always grounded in how you actually live.
Projects often include:
A virtual walkthrough and other advance planning
Focused on-site sessions—some clients want to work alongside me, others prefer to step back while I handle the organizing work
Editing (a.k.a. reviewing, decluttering, or joy-checking), organizing, and system setup—when it comes to letting go, you’ll be the final decision maker, but I’ll offer guidance and support
Light sourcing—I’ll always repurpose what you own first, and select eco-conscious options when needed
This is a project-based engagement, designed for focused, high-impact results.
Availability: Scheduled travel blocks in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout Japan
Project scope: Typically two or more consecutive full days
Investment: Starting at ¥350,000 / $2,500 for two-day projects
